Introducing our ageless warrior… Patrick!

For the past 2 years, Patrick has been consistently training with Coach and it shows.
His commitment to both training and nutrition is unmatched. Even with frequent travel as a missionary, Patrick continues to stay on track with the guidance and support of Coach Jade.
That level of discipline is rare.

Over the past year and a half, Megan has lost 100+ pounds while training with Coach .fitness at .

Way behind on this post, but truly honored to have been selected by UCF Kinesiology as an official internship site this past year—led by our Head of Development .

We’re proud to continue as a site this year and, hopefully, for many years to come.

Working with these interns has been an incredible experience. The energy, passion, and willingness to grow they bring is exactly what this industry needs. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed every student we’ve had the opportunity to mentor and can’t wait to work with the next wave of future professionals.
