Ultimate Fitness Inc. was founded in 1984 by Rosemarie Bud Seaman. Rosemarie Bud Seaman is a world renowned athlete and exercise physiologist who was a member of the 1980 Olympic Swim Team. Ultimate Fitness offers personal training, weight loss, exercise boot camps, plus size fitness classes, massage therapy, paddleboarding classes, and more. Our gym offer state-of-the-art equipment in an intimate setting, with personal attention to make sure you meet or exceed your weight loss goals.
