🏆 COUNTY RECOGNITION FOR OUR STATE CHAMPIONS! 🏆

The Seminole County Board of County Commissioners will recognize the Lake Howell Boys Volleyball Team for winning the 2026 FHSAA Class 2A State Championship!

📅 Tuesday, August 25
⏰ Arrive by 9:10 a.m.
🏛️ Meeting begins at 9:30 a.m.
📍 Seminole County BOCC Chambers

The recognition should conclude by 10:00 a.m. Current Lake Howell students who attend will be excused from school for the morning.

Parents, family members, faculty, and administrators are welcome to join us as Seminole County celebrates this incredible accomplishment!

🏐 Boys Volleyball End-of-Year Banquet 🏐

We will be celebrating our season on Monday, June 15, at 5:30 p.m. at our sponsor, Buffalo Wild Wings in Casselberry.

This will be a great opportunity to recognize our athletes, celebrate the season, and spend time together as a program. We know it is summer and schedules can be busy, but we hope to see as many players and families there as possible!

✅ Athletes’ meals are covered
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents/guests: $10 per person

🏆 School Board Recognition for Our State Champions! 🏆

Our Lake Howell Boys Volleyball State Championship team will be recognized by the SCPS School Board on Tuesday, June 16, at 5:30 p.m. for earning the title of FHSAA State Champions!

Players, coaches, and families are asked to arrive in the lobby no later than 5:15 p.m. for check-in. The team will be called up for recognition and a photo with the School Board members and Superintendent.

Players, please wear your state medal.

We know it is summer and schedules can be busy, but we would love to have as many of our championship athletes there as possible to celebrate this incredible accomplishment.

The Orlando Sentinel featured our boys volleyball team as they prepare to defend their FHSAA Class 2A State Championship and chase back-to-back titles!

After a battle-tested semifinal win over Archbishop McCarthy, the Silverhawks are one match away from finishing the story.

We are proud of this group, their fight, their belief, and the way they continue to represent Lake Howell.
