Fitness By Example Fitness by Example's mission is empowering people one relationship at a time. Fitness by Example offers a wide range of services. We are here to serve you!

We offer boot camp classes on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays. Our outdoor location is in front of Living Hope Church. They are 30 minutes long and are designed for all ages and fitness levels! We will come to your home or office and train you right there! We will bring our equipment or use yours, whatever you prefer. We also prepare men and women for bodybuilding and fitness events, provide nutritional counseling and personalized one-on-one and small group training.

Good evening, Fitness by Example family,

It's with a heavy heart that I have to let you know my beautiful wife, Crystal of almost 30 years has gone home to be with the Lord. I know that everyone who met her, loved her. I hope our boot camp family will be able to come. If you can't, as soon as I get the link from the church, I will send it out as this will be live streamed as well.

Her viewing and celebration of life service will be held at Northland Church, this Thursday April 3rd.

If you are able, we encourage you to wear purple or butterflies; two of her favorites.
