Today we pause to honor the life and legacy of Chuck Norris, a man whose influence reached far beyond film and into the heart of the martial arts world.

This special photo alongside Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee reminds us of the deep respect, friendship, and shared vision they had for the growth of martial arts across the world.

Over the years, we’ve heard so many stories about Chuck - his humility, his kindness, his unwavering discipline, and the way he always took time for others. Despite his legendary status, he carried himself with the heart of a true martial artist: respectful, generous, and committed to making a positive impact.

His legacy is not just in his accomplishments, but in the lives he inspired, the standards he set, and the example he leaves behind for all of us to follow.

We are grateful for the path he helped pave and the inspiration he continues to be.

Mrs. Bairos had the privilege of heading up to Freedom Martial Arts today to host the Region 104 Judging Clinic 🥋 Lots of great info, key reminders, and most importantly—building unity and connection within our ATA family. We truly appreciate everyone who showed up so we could all learn, grow, and become even better taekwondo tournament judges together! 🧡🖤 We cant wait to see you all at the Suncoast Championships ATA Regional Tournament in 2 weeks! Thank you, Master Myers for opening your school up for us all to train!
