The joy of the Lord is my strength. Not how much money is in my pocketbook. Not if my day is “going well” by my estimation or not. Not what others think about me. Not the size of my waist or the titles before my name or the melanin in my skin. Not what excitement my day does or doesn’t hold. Not what people think of me, or what they say or don't say about me. THE LORD. HIS JOY. That's my strength.
