🏆 WHAT A WEEK FOR POLK COUNTY PRESSURE! 🧡💛🖤
After a full week at the AAU Junior Olympic Games, we are heading home with grateful hearts and so much to be proud of!
Our athletes came here ready to compete, and they represented Polk County Pressure Track & Field with heart, determination, and pride. We are leaving with TWO ALL-AMERICANS — Jeylani Atmore in the 3000M Race Walk and Zaniyah Atmore in the 1500M Race Walk! 🏅🏅 What an incredible accomplishment!
But the success of this week goes far beyond medals. We saw so many personal records (PRs), athletes pushing beyond their previous bests, and young people learning what it means to compete on one of the biggest stages in youth track and field. Every PR is proof that the hard work, practices, sacrifices, and long days are paying off.
Were there disappointments? Absolutely. Not everything went the way we hoped, and every athlete didn't get the result they wanted. But that's part of the journey. Sometimes the biggest victories aren't the medals — they're the lessons, the growth, and finding the courage to keep going.
I want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to the Coach Atmore who came out and supported our athletes. Thank you for the time, training, encouragement, and dedication you have poured into this team.
And to our PARENTS — THANK YOU! ❤️ Whether you drove, flew, rearranged schedules, took time off work, paid for hotels, sat through long days at the track, or did whatever was necessary to get your child here — please know that your sacrifice did not go unnoticed. Our athletes could not have had this opportunity without you.
And finally, to ALL of our athletes: I AM PROUD OF YOU! You competed. You fought. You learned. You grew. And most importantly, YOU REPRESENTED!
We came to the Junior Olympics as a team, and after an entire week together, we're leaving even stronger as a family.

🖤💛 AAU Junior Olympics – FINAL DAY! 💛🖤

Today marks our final day at the 2026 AAU Junior Olympics, and what an incredible journey it has been! We are so proud of every athlete who stepped onto the national stage and gave it everything they had. Every race, every throw, every walk, and every moment has represented the hard work, dedication, and heart of Polk County Pressure.

Today, Keaton Winget takes the stage in the Turbo Javelin at 8:00 AM. Let's rally behind him and finish this week strong! We ask everyone to keep him in your prayers and flood the comments with words of encouragement as he competes.

Thank you to all of our athletes, parents, coaches, families, and supporters for making this an unforgettable Junior Olympic experience. No matter the outcome, we leave here stronger, wiser, and more motivated than ever.

It's Day 6 at the AAU Junior Olympics, and today it's time for Paisley Northern and Logan Temple to take the track in the 1500M Run!

These two athletes have put in countless hours of hard work, dedication, and determination to earn their spot on this national stage. Today, they get another opportunity to showcase everything they've trained for.

What an awesome day for Polk County Pressure! 🎉
A huge congratulations to Lenard Ellison for setting a NEW PERSONAL RECORD in the Javelin Throw at the 2026 AAU Junior Olympic Games! 🚀
Lenard threw 22.80 meters, achieving a new PR through hard work, dedication, and determination. We are incredibly proud of the way he competed and represented Polk County Pressure on the national stage.
