Our hearts are just as full as the gym was this morning 🫶🥹

We did a lot of Fitness this morning! 8 AM was barbell club, 9 AM was a gnarly partner workout during our CrossFit class, and 10 AM was such an insightful split jerk clinic.

Our people love this place so much that a bunch of them even did all three!
