We’re excited to announce that Parents’ Night Out is back at Spirit Gymnastics!

Parents, enjoy a night to yourselves while the kids spend the evening with us! Whether you want to go out to dinner, catch a movie, do some shopping, or simply relax at home, we’ve got the kids covered.

They’ll enjoy an evening filled with gymnastics, games, activities, and a costume contest!

Date: Friday, October 30, 2026
Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Cost: $20 per child
Ages: 6 and up

Costume Contest: Wear your best costume!

Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your child’s spot early! Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the countless Americans whose lives were forever changed on September 11, 2001.

On Patriot Day, we honor their memory and the strength, courage and unity that followed one of our nation’s darkest days.

May we never forget those we lost, those who served, and the way our country came together.

We will never forget.

Compassionate leadership starts at the top.

September 6–12 is National Compassionate Leadership Week, a time to recognize leaders who understand that great leadership is about more than making decisions, it’s about empathy, connection, encouragement and genuinely caring about the people around you.

At Spirit Gymnastics, we are incredibly thankful to have Coach Teresa leading the way each day. Her heart for our athletes, families and staff helps create a place where kids can grow in confidence, coaches feel supported, and everyone knows they are part of something bigger than gymnastics.

Great leaders don’t just build strong programs. They build strong people.

HUGS Registration Opens September 21!

We’re excited to welcome our HUGS athletes back for another evening of movement, smiles and fun!

Our next HUGS session is Friday, September 25 from 6:40–7:30 PM at Spirit Gymnastics.

HUGS is designed for children with special needs who may not be able to participate in a traditional gymnastics class. Through adaptive gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, parachute activities, bounce house fun, games and more, athletes can work on balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and confidence while practicing social skills and having FUN!

Registration opens Monday, September 21 through the Parent Portal. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your child’s spot.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in.

We can’t wait for another wonderful night with our HUGS athletes!

The “I Can’t” Moment
