Please check in at the table next to the tent before class to sign your waiver and receive your complimentary Yoga Haven class pass.

Bring your mat, water, and a friend. After class, stick around and make a morning of it. Maritime will open at 10:30 AM for brunch, making it the perfect way to continue your Sunday celebration.

A flower doesn’t compare its bloom to another. It trusts its timing.

Yoga invites us to do the same. To release the pressure to be somewhere else and instead meet ourselves exactly where we are. Every pose, every breath, and every moment of presence becomes part of our unfolding.

Our June blog is a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t require perfection. It asks only for patience, presence, and trust.

We’re excited to return for another year of practicing together in community. This special class will be led by offering an opportunity to move, breathe, and connect with yourself and those around you.
