NEW Spring/Summer Schedule is LIVE!🤩
I SO appreciate the feedback and the advice from all of the clients!! You guys know I try my best to mend and bend to everyone’s schedule the best way that I can so everyone can have their Spot and time at The Spot. Very excited to start this new season at The Spot!

Notables features of our new schedule:
👉Our new method, BOUNCE, is now LIVE on the schedule and ready for sign ups. We are starting small with this new method. Therefore, sign ups prior to coming to class are REQUIRED to secure your trampoline. Link for schedule and sign up are in BIO and here, https://thespotfitnessstudio.com/schedule.
👉12:00PM: Lunch at The Spot! These classes will be Express classes, meaning between 30-45minutes. WORK HARD, PLAY HARD, GIRLFRIEND!
👉6:15AM: For the early morning risers that like to get their workout out in to start their day. This is another time slot of shortened Express classes.
👉4:30PM: A completely new time slot that we are trying out. New time for a good time!!

We are all guilty of not getting enough cardio into our everyday life (sorry, not sorry👀). Luckily!! Our Bounce will give you the chance to get the heart ALL THE WAY UP and actually LOVE it!🤩 It’s time to completely revamp your cardio!👏🏽 Bounce, also known as rebounding, is an aerobic exercise on a mini trampoline filled with fun, bouncy rebounding steps and combinations to upbeat music. Get ready to BOUNCE into obsession with this workout!!
