Tri Season is Here! Come ride with us tomorrow from the the Winter Garden Farmers Market starting at 8am! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Time to shake off the rust from your bikes and the cob webs from your running shoes for the first brick of the year. The weather forecast for now shows SUNNY and in the LOW 70s.

A few of us already have IMFL 70.3 on our race schedule and training starts now since the course is hilly both on the bike and run. We will be looking to add some other races soon to get you motivated to come out and train with us.

As a reminder, bring your fuel and don’t forget your water bottles, shoes or HELMET! The pace will be based on the group and there will be stops to regroup, restroom breaks, and refuel if needed.

Feel free to pass along the invite to anyone not part of AT Tri Team but interested in working out with us.
