Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Position Overview:
SouthWest Aquatics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant with experience working in a busy office environment. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and families
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Assist with scheduling and office coordination
• Support staff and management as needed
• Cover different shifts when necessary

Qualifications:
• Previous office experience preferred
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent phone and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Flexible and dependable

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Jojo may only be 1, but she has already captured our hearts at SouthWest Aquatics! 💙

She just began her swimming journey with us this month, and little Josephine — or as we love to call her, Jojo — is already making the biggest splashes. She started the New Year off learning a New Skill! She’s following right in the footsteps of her big sister Savannah, who joins us every week for her stroke lessons and sets the perfect sibling example.

Jojo is sweet, brave, and absolutely precious! This little swimmer brings so much joy to the pool, and her bright smile makes every lesson even more special. We can’t wait to watch her grow! 🌊✨
