Due to the unforeseen circumstances and not knowing about several ramp openings or potential closures, the season schedule has been revised.

In less than 24hrs we will be on the Harris Chain for our 2nd event. We will be launching around 6:00am The weather isn’t going to be the greatest, so plan on getting a little wet.

I will be there around 4:00am to get new teams registered for the trail.

Look forward to seeing everyone there.

1: May 5th- Toho.
2: June 9th-Harris.
3: July 14th- Winter Haven.
4 Aug 11th- Lake Monroe.
5: Sept 8th- Clermont.
6: Oct 13th- Toho.
7: Nov 10th- Winter Haven.
8: Dec 8th- Butler Chain.
9: Jan 12th- Harris.
10: Feb 9th- St.Johns River.

Classic: March 7th & 8th- Lake Okeechobee

We will be having our pre-season meeting, early registration at Millers AleHouse in Winter Garden on Saturday April 13th 2019 from 11am - 2pm

We will finalize the lakes for this season, address rule changes, pre-register teams and confirm our officers for the season.

Girls of a Feather
Most bass anglers know that nearly all trophy bass are females — even if the opposite is usually true of the anglers that pursue them. But Shirley White says, “I’m just so proud because I’m the only woman in the club of about 42 boats (80 men) and I took home first! A very proud moment and accomplishment for me!” We have to wonder if her 9 lbs. 4 oz. Lake Kissimmee catch knew that too? All we can say is — you go, GIRLS!

Tomorrow morning we will be converging on "the Beast" Lake Toho for our third event. As a reminder boats 1-5 will be launching one at a time and boats 6-45 will be going out in pairs (ex: 6&7 8&9 10&11 etc etc) so please stage accordingly. We will also have another GoPro session, Lews Mach1 baitcaster combo, Qwik8Baits culling system along with a few other items for our raffle, so be sure to get your tickets.
In other news, the trail shirts are here and I will be giving them out at registration so help me out a little and show up a few minutes earlier than normal.

Everybody be safe and we'll launch at 6am sharp (registration closes at 5:40)

Had a great second event in the Clermont chain today. Congrats to Ryan Stephens and Heath Stephens for the win with 25.02lbs and to Kenneth Lucas and Kevin Lucas with a monster 10.01 big bass and a 3rd place finish. Uby Rosell and David Simpson took 2nd with 22.32lbs
Membership registration is closed and we will be running a 44 boat field this season.
I want to thank everyone that is participating this year for continuing to help the BassThugsTrail grow.
