I know I have mentioned that I have room on our server for a few more Ballooning Websites. For those who are interested, I have a site under construction right now. We have a booking calendar custom designed for balloon ride operations. If you would like to see how it works I have the site open from now till I go out to fly in the AM. Do you have Balloon Equipment for sale? Right now you can post them on HAB without being a logged in member.

I have had many people contact me on how to post equipment for sale in our Equipment4Sale section on HAB. In the past you had to be a logged in member to be able to post. I did this because I had become frustrated chasing down all the spam postings. However, We have eliminated that requirement (at least for now). YOU reading this right now can post anything you like in the Equpment4Sale section on the site. Here is all we ask.

Post in the proper category! If you are selling just a basket do not post your topic in the Envelopes section.
Make sure you include photos of your item. If you size them to be under 100kb each you can post a bunch of them.
INCLUDE all your contact information including where you are located, how to get a hold of you (phone or email) and any other information you want someone to have.
Last please provide a full description of your item. Hours, Asking Price, and any other information you wish for someone to know.

There is a full days work! I know it may not look like much but there are three skids there. Not only did the skid have to be cut to the exact width, height and length but there are 20 marked channels to be cut 1/2" wide and 1/2" deep. 6 channel cuts for the frame. 24 bolt holes. 8 holes drilled with a 9/32 bit then counter sunk at 7/8" wide and 1/2" deep. 12 holes with a 9/32 bit. 4 more holes drilled with a 13/32 bit and counter sunk with a 7/8 inch bit 1/2 inch deep. ALL within a +/- of 1/32". Of course the channel cuts will be another day on the Table Saw. Tomorrow we will be starting work on the long side skids. Then a couple of days work sanding everything to prepare for stain!

Busy day yesterday! Cut a bunch of Aerostar Skid stock. They still need to be channeled for wicker and all of the bolt holes marked, counter sunk. Each skid will then be cut to proper length, sanded, stained & varnished... Lots of work yet to come.

The Next basket rehab has started. Working on an Aerostar CW. This one will need a new floor, skids, a bunch of wicker work and all new leather! Should be fun. Drew up and cut the floor today.
