Store is live. It's coming from a different factory for this kit so they are going to bulk ship to me, but you will still pay on the website. Cheaper to bulk ship anyway.

For those who may not have tried on, the general consensus seems to be 1 size larger on jersey and bibs the same.

There are mens and womens jerseys and mens and womens bibs

Store will be open for 1 week. That should put the kits to us by the first of April, just in time forr warm weather.

Well, it's been awhile. It seems each year at this time I say how I am going to post more to this page. For 2024 I will try again. Anyway. The 2024 Henderson Custom Home Hincapie Sportswear kits are pretty much done and dusted.

Shea Abernethy laid the law down this year and suggested a simple, clean design and that's what we came up with. I have put everyone through enough over the years with the over the top designs, but this year.........it's time to be proud of the kit.

I will be getting in fit kits for these this year. The bibs are of a higher quality. I have tried them on and I would say that they fit true to the previous ones. However, the jerseys are a little different and I would prefer that you try them on to get a feel. The sleeves are longer and don't have the cuff so they should stay glued to your arms. The arm cuff has always fit me a little loose. I suppose I could use some lifting weights, but that's just wasted mass.

I anticipate getting the fit kit in over the next or so. Store will open middle of the month and stay open for a week or two. 6 weeks for production so that should put them here by the end of March.

Want something fun to do on some new roads in a couple of weeks-August 19th? I have done this a couple of times, BUT the course is longer this year for your enjoyment. The fellas of Pine Mtn Summit Challenge and Letcher County Cycling Club are as good as they come. There is a 50+ category as well. It’s a low key race / ride so it’s not a stuffy atmosphere.
The route is really scenic and it is challenging as well. It’s a 3 mile summit finish.

Now the bad part. It’s about 4 hours away. Now hold on, calm down. Duane and I are going up to stay at my parents house which is 3hrs away in Kingsport, TN. The race starts at 9 so we leave about 7:15 Saturday morning and drive on to Kentucky. There is a hotel within minutes of my parents. I believe my mom would even cook up a fancy lunch upon our return to Kingsport.

Tell you what, you come…..your entry fee will be paid.

You see who that is? That's Duane Henderson, yes the Henderson. He's back at racing and so should you.

Tuesday - Final Herbalife of the season. I think the pink and green will have a great turnout tomorrow. Hopefully with no flat tires. Good prep for Friday and Saturday.

Friday - Winston Salem Cycling Classic Street Sprints on fresh asphalt and the timing is supposed to be much better this year so it should not take nearly as long. THERE IS A NON-USAC CATEGORY for anyone off the street. If you don't want to participate because you don't think you will win....you are probably correct, but just participate so this event can go on for many years. I'm signed up and won't win, but it will be fun anyway and some live music in the background.

Saturday - Winston Salem Cycling ClassicGrand Fondo - 7:30
Men's 45+ / 55+ crit race - 11:10 am (if you hurry with the GF you could make it back in time to race and do the GF). I'm signed up. What a magical world.

Plenty of opportunities for those who are younger than 45 and want to dabble in racing on Saturday.

Pro Women - 5:30
Pro Men - 7:00
