Smiley Fitness is open for business and has exciting plans for 2017!

We are going to announce several programs between now and the end of the year to get YOU into the gym while maintaining the small membership roster, intimate and homey environment, great training sessions, nutrition and health advice and the convenient location with easy parking that we all LOVE!
