2005 ICAT- Integrated Combative Arts Training National Conference. Bruce's Brown Belt Certification. Shihan Walt Lysak, Michael DePasquale Jr, Richard Ryan, Rusty Ferguson.
It was very hot & humid and I had a great time learning from some amazing instructors. I also had a nice conversation with UFC champion Frank Shamrock. Good times!
