Another great weekend with our RMNU North Carolina family! Congratulations to ALL competitors, just showing up and testing your skills is a always a win!

A special thanks to Professor Gustavo Dantas The BJJ Mental Coach for a wonderful seminar Friday evening, I will share and use the information learned for years to come sir!

Now back to our Academy to work on any holes we were shown in competition!
