MEGAFORMER CLASSES: All classes are 40 minutes in length and performed on the state-of-the-art Megaformer machine, taught by a certified Lagree Fitness Method instructor. This workout is the most innovative approach to full body fat burning and conditioning. Small group classes (never more than 7 per class!) guarantee individual attention for each client, with tons of advancements and modification

NEW CLIENT SPECIAL :Your first 5 classes for $55! This applies only to Megaformer and MegaFusion classes. 30 day expiration from the first class taken. TRADITIONAL PILATES: All new clients to the studio are required to complete the Intro Private Package- 4 one on one sessions with an instructor at the discounted rate of $200 ($50 per session-regular private session rate is $70.) After that is completed many choose to continue on to group Reformer classes ranging from $20-30 per class depending on what size class package is purchased.

We are so pleased to be supporting Parenting Path and their annual fundraising gala! All PiLadies and MegaBabes are invited to join us on Saturday April 20th for a fun evening with a full seated dinner catered by Fratelli’s, open bar, and amazing live and silent auction! Unfortunately, child abuse and neglect are an all-too common occurrence. Last year, one in seven children experienced child abuse and neglect. That’s approximately 678,000 children each year. In Forsyth County alone, last year there were 3,117 reports of abuse or neglect.
 
Multiple research studies have shown that toxic stressors in a child’s environment (the kind of stress caused by long-term, persistent factors such as abuse or neglect) affect the architecture of the developing brain. Children who experience abuse and neglect are 24% less likely to graduate from high school, 60% more likely to live in poverty and nine times more likely to be involved in criminal activity. Only about 44% of child abuse victims receive recovery services after being abused or neglected.
 
For 43 years, The Parenting PATH (formerly Exchange/SCAN) has offered high-quality programs supporting families experiencing toxic stress. If all children and families had access to these programs, we would lay solid foundations and prevent more serious problems from developing later — and that would be beneficial for our entire community. Our children are our most valuable resource. Every child deserves to grow up knowing safety and love.
