Our Les Mills GRIT Boot Camp combines high-intensity interval training with the power of community to help you push further than you ever would alone. πŸ’ͺ

In just a few weeks, you'll:

βœ… Improve cardiovascular fitness
βœ… Burn calories and boost metabolism
βœ… Increase confidence inside and outside the gym

M/W at 9:30a
Tu/Th at 5:30a, 6:30a and 8:30a
Saturday cardio at 8:30a in the Training Center!
Registration is monthly and gets you 3 session per week! (2 at your weekly time slot plus Saturdays!)
