Yep, if a group setting is not your thing we do private classes too. Last class for these two. Be safe going back to school...one is heading back to New York!! Two great ladies I hope nothing but the best for them!

Man I'm so glad we get to do what we do and so lucky we get to meet some great people, good luck ladies on college and high school. I know you're going to be safe and I know you'll go on to do something great!!

Me and Ray have been teaching longer than I care to say. But I have two sons, one is autistic and Ray has two grandchildren that we want protected. So once we started there, we decided that maybe we could help women and young ladies also. But we also wanted to see if we could help kids that deal with bullying at school around "friends" or anywhere. So we set out to teach a few classes.....AND boom it took off we are staying pretty busy and meeting some amazing people. We do offer young / older men help with self-defense, self confidence, we normally have those classes separate.

So we thought we'd start a page for anyone looking for some help or advice. Please feel free to reach out to us and we'll discuss to see if we can be of any help. We've done this long enough if we can't we know who could.
