Monday Meditation - "I pray that I may expect miracles in the lives of people. I pray that I may be used to help people change."

To God, a miracle of change in a person’s life is only a natural happening. But it is a natural happening operated by spiritual forces. There is no miracle in personalities too marvelous to be an everyday happening. But miracles happen only to those who are fully guided and strengthened by God. Marvelous changes in people’s nature happen so simply, and yet they are free from all other agencies than the grace of God. But these miracles have been prepared for by days and months of longing for something better. They are always accompanied by a real desire to conquer self and to surrender one’s life to God.

Monday Meditation - We all carry baggage. Life doesn't travel in a straight line and we have all inevitably been through hard times. May you find the strength to take charge today and open yourself up to all life has to offer.

"My body carries memory and knowledge. Understanding and thought are distributed throughout all the cells in my body. Who I am is stored in my physical self. Today when I think positively, I will allow and invite my entire body to carry a positive thought. I will instruct each cell within me to be active, healthy and vibrant. Each time that I feel I am getting low on reserves, I will open all of my body to receiving uplifting light and energy from the universe. I am not a talking head - I am a body, mind and spirit, alive in all of me.

Today I ask my body to wake up and live."

Monday Meditation - It can be so difficult to stay in the now, and not reflect on how far away we are from our goals, whatever they may be. I pray you find fulfillment in the process today.

"One of the surest paths toward feelings of inadequacy and an inability to move forward in life is to set unrealistic goals for myself. That is, to have standards that represent "getting there" that are so high that I always fall short. More likely, the effect of these overly high standards will be to keep me from ever beginning because the point of arrival looks too far away, and I cannot imagine how to find and take all of the intermediate steps.

Today I will be realistic. I know that there is no such thing as perfect, so why should I worry about getting there? 'There' is the here and now, and when I get 'there', it will be that day's here and now. I recognize that perfection is only an illusion, and I will learn to take daily pleasure and fulfillment from the process."
