The glutes may be aesthetically pleasing but play a much larger role than just being good looking. Weak glutes can cause issues such as bad knees, hip or back problems, imbalances to the trunk of the body and plenty more. So just 1 more reason to not skip leg day! Maybe even add in a day just for the b***y cheeks πŸ‘πŸ˜‚πŸ˜†πŸ’ͺ

Fitness Tip - Not getting enough water? Start by drinking 1/2 your weight in ounces. Each week ad a few more ounces.
Have a water bottle that you really like. Aka - make sure it's cute, ladies. & gentlemen πŸ˜‚
This will help keep you a little more motivated to keep drinking that H2o!
