VOLUME EATING //

Today we are discussing foods that can be consumed in larger quantities while keeping calorie intake reasonably low. Something we all face at one point or another is the feeling of hunger. Sometimes our bodies are telling us we truly need fuel, but often times we might be bored, searching for a quick reward, or battling emotions. All of these can trigger us to eat when we are not truly hungry, as well as over-consume (often times foods that are highly palatable and highly processed).

In today’s video I discuss seven foods that can help someone on their journey to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. They are low in calories, allowing for a greater amount to be consumed while keeping calories in check. Produce and protein! Sub food categories that can help with fullness, satiety, and overall nutrient consumption!

Spinach 🥬
Cucumbers 🥒
Apples 🍎
Blueberries 🫐
Watermelon 🍉
Whey Protein 💪🏼
Egg Whites 🥚

2025 FITNESS & WELLNESS GIVEAWAY!!

Northern Pine Fitness and River Valley Wellness + IV will be giving away two FREE fitness and wellness packages to TWO lucky WINNERS!

Northern Pine Fitness will be giving away two separate private personal training packages. Each winner that is selected will be given three complimentary personal training sessions at the NEW Northern Pine Fitness private training studio located in downtown Winona. During these sessions, clients will be guided through a movement and performance assessment, followed by three personal training sessions that will be tailored to their specific exercise goals.

River Valley Wellness + IV will be giving away two seperate wellness packages. Each package will feature an IV vitamin infusion, a private sauna session, and one salt therapy session.
