Hey there Eagle’s Nest fam. Our daughter who is behind all of our TikTok shenanigans and questionable ideas for videos is getting married this weekend! That means Mr. Eagles’s Nest and I will be out of The Nest for a few days, but don’t worry. We’re not leaving you without your weekend round of mini golf! ⛳️ While Mom and Dad are off celebrating our girl and welcoming a new Eaglet to the family, we’ve got some amazing people stepping in to keep Eagle’s Nest running and the fun going all weekend long! So come on out, play a round, and enjoy the park. We’ll be back soon enough! ❤️

Here are our weekend hours:

Thursday 9/17 CLOSED
Friday 1 - 10 PM
Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM
Sunday 2 - 7 PM

As always, hours are weather permitting, and we take our last admission one hour before closing time. ⛳️

Where were you???

Long before the existence of Eagle’s Nest and our life in East Texas, we were a young family, living in a city with an Air Force Base. Aaron (Mr. Eagle’s Nest) was on the road for work, and I was home with our toddler, seeing the horror unfold on TV like many others, not knowing if there were more planned attacks. I prayed my husband would make it home safely and our town wouldn’t be a target because of its military significance. We were scared and uncertain. We watched throughout the day and spent a sleepless night and many days after in prayer.

We’ll never forget where we were or what was lost, but we will also never forget what we became as a nation.

Now, 25 years later, we still and will always remember. ❤️🇺🇸

How’s this for a Way Back Wednesday!?!? Before there were 19 Holes of American Pop Culture nostalgia, there was a fence, a sign, and a whole lotta MESS! There was also vision, determination and prayer that made the work ahead of us possible. We’ve come a long way from “Coming Soon”, friends. ❤️⛳️
