We are adding 2 members this year which will make a total of 4 members. The yearly membership dues are $2500 per member. We have approximately 500 acres with approximately 20 stands in place. We have a mix of hardwood creek bottoms, twice thinned pines, 7 year old pines, and 3 year old pines. There is no electricity on the property.
