When Dallas came in today, I asked him if we could do a longer video than the one we had done a few days ago of him using the tire flip during one of his workouts. His answer without hesitation was ok, how about now?? We should all have that mindset when it comes to our workouts!! How about NOW?? The best time is NOW, not later!!
