POV: What do Spring + Life have in common?
These beautiful baby plants are the first sign of spring, of lying dormant beneath the soil during the winter months, quietly doing the work, the full spectrum of the incredible process the seeds have undergone invisible to the human eye.
During this process, one could imagine the seed experiencing the pain and solitude which arrives from being placed in the dark, from feeling inadequate, or even unable to express themselves.
Perhaps this seed felt the call to go deeper, the nudge to begin developing roots which would support its eventual emergence, to create a foundation, to examine their existence, reflect, and just be with themselves.
Perhaps this seed instinctively knew the potential it carried, so it leaned into the process of experiencing the painful integration of absorbing life giving water, and then roots bursting from the outer covering, anchoring the seed into a new foundation and way of being.
The seed instinctively knew it had to keep pushing, just a little longer, just a littttttle bit longer to reach the surface and be brought forth into the sounds of birds calling, the gentle sunlight gracing the baby leaves, and soaking up rays of encouraging support.
The seed had the courage and willingness to step into the potential it wasn't sure would arrive, to have courage to lean into the darkness and allow the darkness and painful integration to do the work required.
So often, we do not realize nature and our lives are intimately connected.
We are nature at our core, and to create the awareness that, just like the seed that was planted last fall, some of us have also undergone a painful winter experiencing what the seed has.
I offer you a perspective shift to notice where the seeds you planted last fall are now beginning to shoot upward out of the soil and seek the Sun and the illumination of what's next for you.
Tell me below where you notice you are most like the seed and stay tuned for some incredible blooms coming your way this spring from Soul Au Coaching and Development.
