This weekend we ended up going to Summit Raceway in Elko to dust off the ole race suit for the year. Friday night we finished 3rd in the heat and 4th in the main. Then Saturday night we took the win in the heat and lead 22 laps of the main but ended up getting past and finished 2nd! Not a bad way to start the season! Thank you everyone that helped get me out on to the track!

Well the race season has came to an end for this year. Friday night we ran great in the heat. We started 3rd in the main and was running good, ended up getting together with another car coming out of turn 2. After they got us pulled apart we moved back up to 4th and was finding the line when my belt broke and I had to pull off. Saturday we worked up to finish 3rd in the heat. Started 6th in the main and had a great battle going through the whole race. Last couple of laps we were in a 3 way race for 3rd and on the last turn we ended up getting one car but couldn’t quite get the other and finished a nice 4th on the night and 2nd in track points!

Well this past weekend we ran Gold Rush over in Elko and it was definitely a great time!! Friday night we started 2nd, fell back a few spots then found a line and ended up finishing 3rd out of 18. Then Saturday we had to fast track back from Reno and made it just in time for the heats. We started 5th in the main and battled back and forth to end the night with a 5th. Let’s go it’s racing in Winnemucca next weekend! Be a big octane fest out jungo road. Dirt track, Drag strip and Motocross racing from Friday to Sunday!

Sorry everyone. Little update on what’s been happening. We had the car done and went out July 28/29 here at Winnemucca. Car fought us both nights. Friday night we over heated in both the heat and main, as well as the car feeling sluggish and kept popping. Then Saturday we found a brake was dragging. Got that all fixed and ran the heat where the car was still sluggish and popping. Checked and retimed the car, ran a little better in the main but still would pop. After Winnemucca we changed some parts out and cleaned the carburetor. Ended up finding a piece of plastic stuck in one of the jets😬. Got it all back together and retimed the car. Decided Friday 8/11 that we were going to run a Elko that night. So we loaded up the car and went over for the night to give the car a test run before the next home race. We ran good in the heat finishing 3 of 6. We started 4th in the main and worked our way to 2 and eventually 1st for a lap or so. Had a caution and went back to 2. Had some great battles but ended the night with a 4th. Car ran great just ran out of talent towards the end. Huge thank you to my sponsors and everyone for helping work the bugs out and all the pit help!

Got the car all put together and ready to go! Just needs a good wash, some stickers and we are all done! Huge thanks to everyone that help get this together and going before the next home race. Come on out Friday the 28th and Saturday the 29th and watch some great racing! Both nights carts start at 4:30pm and cars start at 7pm.
