💪 MARCH AT THE STUDIO
March is about strong, capable bodies and smart recovery.
We’re keeping your core favorites and introducing two new classes designed to build strength with intention.
🔥 Barre Sculpt (NEW)
Barre-inspired strength meets Pilates core work. No barre required. We’ll use the wall for support and optional mini bands to create small, controlled movements that deliver a serious burn. Expect lower body sculpting, isometric holds, and focused core work. Low impact. High intensity.
🧘 Mobility + Strength Reset (NEW)
A slower-paced, strength-focused yoga class designed to improve mobility and joint stability. This is not a fast flow and not passive stretching. Expect controlled movement, longer holds, and intentional breath work. You’ll leave feeling looser, stronger, and reset.

Five classes per week. Come twice a week or stack a few — either way, this lineup is built to support you.
