Finally, some good news! Our pool will be opening on May 30th this year at 11 am. Also, we will be having our Fishing Rodeo Saturday June 6th see Lakes page for details.
Unfortunately, Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be allowing any paid guest at the pool. Everyone at the pool must be a member, babysitter of a dependent minor (under the age of 13) or grandchild with a grandparent (up to the age of 15).
We will not be conducting any swimming lessons this year.
Last year we expanded the concrete sun deck area around the pool originally intended to increase our capacity. However, this year we will use the extra space to spread out the loungers, tables and chairs to offer a six feet space between families. Social distancing will still be required for people who do not live in the same household, while in and out of the pool. Signs will be posted and reminders will be announced.
Our staff will be cleaning all surfaces and restrooms regularly and maintaining the chemicals in the pool to a safe level. These measures, along with some hopeful UV rays, should reduce our chances of spreading the virus. At this time, we have not set a number for the total occupancy of the pool and surrounding areas. However, we will be monitoring this for the safety of everyone and we may refuse admittance if overcrowding occurs.
During this challenging time, we are requiring everyone to follow all safety guidelines and executive orders set by the governor while at the property. Maintain social distancing of six feet apart and no groups more than 25 for shelter rentals and gatherings. We ask that everyone practice good personal hygiene (wash your hands frequently). Try to focus on, single person activities like fishing, walking, hiking or riding. The 6 feet apart rule also applies to the ranges and lakes. Camping is allowed by members only at this time, no out of state guest. Please be patient with us during this period, we are all trying to figure out how to safely open things up.
