✨ TEACHER TUESDAY | Meet Nicole! ✨

We are SO excited to welcome Nicole to the Studio 37 family! 🌟

Nicole has been dancing since the age of 4 and is classically trained in multiple styles of dance. A proud FAMU alumna, she danced on the university’s all-female hip-hop and majorette team and has performed on 106 & Park, The Millennium Tour with Pleasure P, and alongside various artists throughout Virginia.

Her training includes working with renowned choreographers such as Luam, Deja Carter, Nicole Kirkland, JaQuel Knight, Aliya Janell, and DeVaughn Ballinger, just to name a few!

With a love for competing, performing, and continuously learning, Nicole continues to train in all styles and is excited to bring her passion and experience to the Studio 37 family! She will be teaching Hip-Hop I on Thursdays from 6:30–7:25 PM!

We are thrilled for our dancers to learn from her experience, creativity, and love of dance!

What an incredible opportunity for our Studio 37 dancers! 🌟

Last Friday, the Studio 37 Family had the honor of joining Celeste Kellogg at Regent University as she recorded and filmed a live album! 🎶🎥

Celeste shared so many powerful words with the girls throughout the night including self love, but one of our favorite moments came when she performed songs from the beginning of her career and reminded the crowd that they can be whatever they dream of becoming. 💫

What a beautiful message for our Studio 37 stars to hear—and one we hope they carry with them long after the music stopped. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to Regent University, and The Christian Broadcasting Network for hosting this and to Celeste Kellogg for giving this incredible opportunity to our dancers to perform, learn, dream BIG, and be part of something so special!

We are so proud of our girls and the memories they continue to make beyond the studio walls. ⭐️

MEET MRS. AMBER ROBERTS

We are SO excited to welcome Mrs. Amber Roberts to the Studio 37 family for our 10th season! She will be teaching our Ballet III, Pointe, and Pre-Pointe classes.

Amber is a Certified Ballet Teacher with a passion for helping dancers develop strong technique, artistry, confidence, and a healthy relationship with their training.

Her ballet journey began right here in Virginia at age seven, and she has trained in Italian, French, and Russian ballet methods. Since 2016, Amber has been teaching dancers of all levels through curriculum-based instruction designed to develop the whole dancer.

Her experience includes working with dancers who have gone on to be accepted into prestigious summer intensives, including Ballet Magnificat and American Ballet Theatre, as well as collegiate dance programs such as East Carolina University and Belhaven University.

Amber's professional training and certifications include:

🩰 ABT® Certified Ballet Teacher (Pre-Primary–Level 3)
🩰 Progressing Ballet Technique Member
🩰 Strength Training & Injury Prevention Certificate
🩰 Classical Variations Certificate
🩰 Associate of Science Diploma

Whether a dancer dreams of performing on stage, pursuing dance beyond high school, or simply wants to become stronger and more confident in ballet, Amber brings knowledge, experience, and genuine passion to every class.

TEACHER TUESDAY + HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MS. CHALSY!

Today we’re celebrating someone who has been part of the Studio 37 family from the very beginning — our amazing Acro instructor, Chalsy Runner!

We are honored to have Chalsy with us again this year. She brings 17 years of experience coaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics, along with her own experience as a competitive gymnast. Her knowledge, experience, and love for tumbling shine through in every class and in the dancers she works with.
