Berkshire Trails Bill Koch Youth Ski League The club aims to make Nordic skiing fun for kids and their families. We love winter! Our club includes nearly 100 kids, who range in age from 5 to 14 years old.

The Berkshire Trails Bill Koch Ski Club aims to make Nordic skiing fun for kids and their families. We gather on Sunday afternoons from January through early March to learn new skills and enjoy the crisp winter weather and beautiful landscape of Notchview Reservation in Windsor, Massachusetts. Volunteer coaches lead groups of skiers in group lessons on Notchview’s 25 miles of groomed ski trails. Y

oung skiers begin with the basics of classic skiing. As they grow older and stronger, our skiers are challenged to try skate skiing, and some even choose to compete in regional races.

There were 26 Berkshire Trails ski team members and their families at the festival this year!

White Mountain Nordic and Jackson XC put together an awesome event! There were many activities to do alongside all the races, including orienteering, terrain park, ski jump, speed zone, Biathalon, sit skis and miles of beautifully groomed trails!

Already looking forward to next year at Prospect Mountain Nordic Ski Center!
