Big Bend Snow Riders INC. Big Bend n Snow Riders Inc. Grooms 400+ miles of snowmobile trail in Cottonwood and Jackson counties in SW Minnesota has been active since the late 60's.

We have grown through out the years with membership varying. Since the addition of groomed trails funded by the snowmobile licenses and trail stickers we have grown to include and maintain over 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails in Jackson and Cottonwood Co. in south west Mn. We use 3 Prinoth br350 snowcats outfitted with blades and 17ft wide tillers for super smooth trails. We cover all of the miles once a week if snow conditions are good, more often if needed and funding allows.

Jackson to Sherburn, Jackson to Bingham Lake trail, and Jackson to Kilen woods and to Horse Barn/86 has been groomed.

We got some grooming in today sat, 13th. Went north to jeffers on 71 , around Windom some on the north side of town.
Will get more as time allows and snow and wind cooperates.
Some of the trails are marginal depth of snow cover, so be aware of partial covering of obstacles that you may not see and be aware of culverts in road and driveway crossings
With bridge construction areas it is making it difficult to get across the River where our trails go so be aware there may be some reroutes to get from a to b .

Attention youth and parents! Our annual youth training is scheduled for December 20th at 10am. It will be held at our groomer shop. In order to participate in the class, the child needs to be 11 years old (or turning 11 in the next 12 months) and complete the online training course on the website listed below. If child is 10, their license will not be active until they turn 11. Please register for the class by calling one of the phone numbers listed below as they are the instructors.

Save the date: December 28th we will be hosting the local youth training at our clubhouse in the Windom North Industrial Park. This training is open to any kids 11 years old and up. A snowmobile endorsement is required for any born after 1976 that wants to ride a snowmobile on public trails. Each child needs to complete the online course before attending the field day on December 28th. Please register for the class by calling one of the numbers listed on the picture.
