Making goals is the first step to achieving them. Tone Time has a goal to help those that are committed to improve their health and fitness. I offer one-on-one private training or tandem style to all abilities. I focus on form and technique to ensure your safety at all times. A healthy life is a balance that revolves around exercise, nutrition and stress maintenance. If any part is missing, it is

much more difficult to achieve our goals. Everyone is different and has unique needs and goals. Through my own experiences, I can relate to many people, and it is my mission to find that balance for YOU.

I design workouts that are different each time so the muscles don't get used to the exercises. There is no heavy/dangerous weightlifting like crossfit, but I use the trx, dumbells and body weight. Safety is my priority, and any exercise can be modified to fit your needs, protect joints, and help an injury. The idea behind it is to incorporate a full body workout with weight bearing exercises and cardio all in one. Rather than spending 2 hours in the gym or an hour on the treadmill, the 45 minute workout is much more efficient!
