Posting one of my most important quotes that I wrote which aligns with my mission . As an Apolla Performance affiliate, I also wanted to share one of the tops items I use and recommend for injury prevention . The Joule shock is very versatile and can go in shoes and be used on the outside of a pointe shoe , as well as used without shoes and many contemporary and Acro dancers I work with use them .
