Participants will be involved in a professionally supervised training program, that is structured, high-paced, and a fun environment where athletes reach their potential through optimal training and conditioning. Participants will develop into better overall athletes by becoming more powerful, faster, stronger, agile, and quicker, while improving; confidence, vertical leap, and body composition. The program has been designed for athletes who are serious about improving their athletic skills and performance. ELITE STRENGTH + CONDITIONING was founded by former national bodybuilding competitor and New England champion Brian Fillion, a certified strength and conditioning coach with a masters degree in Exercise Science and an Advanced Graduate Degree concentration in Strength & Conditioning. Coach Fillion is a certified performance enhancement, speed, & explosion specialist by the National Academy of Sport Medicine. He has over two decades of experience as a teacher and coach. Without Elite Athlete Strength and Conditioning Training, I would not be the athlete that I am today. This past yearβs football season would not have been the same had I not, along with many of my other teammates, participated in this rigorous training. After the session was over, I was able to notice changes in my athletic ability that I never thought possible. These changes were clear on the playing field; my ability was at a much higher level compared to previous years. I was able to use agility more effectively to evade others, my 40 time improved, and my lax shot went from 88 mph to 95 mph. I look forward to continuing training sessions this summer.
