Fillion's Elite Fitness - Elite Athlete Strength & Conditioning The ATHLETE STRENGTH PROGRAM enhances sports performance by improving strength, power, core stability during the offseason.

The ELITE ATHLETE STRENGTH + CONDITIONING PROGRAM enhances sports performance for all athletes through; muscular strength, endurance, and power development, speed and agility training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility activities, character development, and the reduction of injuries. Proper technique and skill are emphasized by teaching biomechanically correct methods that athletes p

ractice and execute during training sessions. This training program aids in raising the competitiveness of sports programs/teams, and fostering an atmosphere of excellence and pride. Participants will be involved in a professionally supervised training program, that is structured, high-paced, and a fun environment where athletes reach their potential through optimal training and conditioning. Participants will develop into better overall athletes by becoming more powerful, faster, stronger, agile, and quicker, while improving; confidence, vertical leap, and body composition. The program has been designed for athletes who are serious about improving their athletic skills and performance. ELITE STRENGTH + CONDITIONING was founded by former national bodybuilding competitor and New England champion Brian Fillion, a certified strength and conditioning coach with a masters degree in Exercise Science and an Advanced Graduate Degree concentration in Strength & Conditioning. Coach Fillion is a certified performance enhancement, speed, & explosion specialist by the National Academy of Sport Medicine. He has over two decades of experience as a teacher and coach. Without Elite Athlete Strength and Conditioning Training, I would not be the athlete that I am today. This past year’s football season would not have been the same had I not, along with many of my other teammates, participated in this rigorous training. After the session was over, I was able to notice changes in my athletic ability that I never thought possible. These changes were clear on the playing field; my ability was at a much higher level compared to previous years. I was able to use agility more effectively to evade others, my 40 time improved, and my lax shot went from 88 mph to 95 mph. I look forward to continuing training sessions this summer. Program Info.

- 1.5 hour strength + conditioning sessions that include training:

Speed, agility, power, strength, muscular endurance, mobility, and
cardiovascular conditioning while developing an injury resistant body.

- Training available 3 times per week

-Professional training all summer for less than $15 an hour!
