**UPDATE on Plunge for Hunger**

Due to the extreme weather and subzero windchill predicted for this weekend and in collaboration with the Willimantic fire department in the town of Windham, we have arrived at the difficult decision to postpone the 15th an annual plunge for hunger to Saturday, February 21, 2026 at noon at Lauder Park in Willimantic. The safety of our participants volunteers in first responders is our top priority. If you are unable to attend, your support is still desperately needed! Please go to covenantsoupkitchen.org. Thank you for your understanding and continued support… We can’t wait to see you at the plunge!! Thank you.
