✨ Instructor Spotlight: Ariana Moran ()
Next up in our Instructor Spotlight series is Ariana! Her dynamic Hot Sculpt and Hot Power Flow classes are intentional, empowering, and designed to help people feel strong and confident in their body. 🔥
How she found studio fitness
Ariana took her first heated fitness class with Michaela, her sister, back in high school at a Bikram studio. What started as a workout alongside sports eventually evolved into something much deeper while living in Boston in her early 20s — a space for grounding, strength, mobility, and mental clarity.
Ariana later completed her teacher training through CorePower Yoga, where she also taught, before later teaching at B/SPOKE Studios in Boston — experiences that helped shape her approach to movement and fitness instruction.
Her teaching style
Intentional, steady, and empowering. Expect thoughtful sequencing, strength-building movement, mobility work, and a calm confidence throughout class.
What she hopes you leave class with
Feeling stronger, more confident, and more empowered in your body than when you walked in.
Something people might not know
Like a lot of people, Ariana has dealt with insecurities around body image and comparison. Over time, movement shifted from something rooted in pressure to something that helped her appreciate her body for its strength, resilience, and ability to move.
Why Yoyogi
Ariana was drawn to Michaela and Josh’s vision for creating a modern, elevated yoga and fitness space in New Hampshire. She still lives in Boston and regularly makes the trip up to teach and be part of Yoyogi’s growing community. 🤍
Outside the studio
Skiing, the ocean, coffee walks, morning jogs, time with loved ones, and learning wherever life takes her.
Something she’s learning right now
Finding balance.
Where to find her on the schedule
You’ll find Ariana teaching Hot Power Flow and Hot Sculpt every Sunday morning at Yoyogi. 🔥
