We're excited to welcome Jason to the team at Body Coach Personal Training! Here's a little about who he is and what inspires him.

"I grew up in Spearfish, South Dakota, and moved to Winter Garden, Florida, in 2023. I lived in Brazil for several years, became bilingual, and learned to love different cultures. My own struggles with injury and self-esteem pulled me into fitness coaching. I love helping people build confidence, move without pain, and feel better about themselves. Small habits matter. My rule is, how you do one thing is how you do everything. A perfect day is a simple Saturday with my wife and kids. Most of all, I hope people feel heard when they talk with me."

Don’t quit. Keep moving forward.

"I had been really overweight for years because of bad eating and drinking habits and next to no exercise, which led to terrible lab numbers. My doctor told me I probably would not last too long with that kind of lifestyle. Thankfully, my numbers are great now.

At Body Coach, you do not just get great workouts, you also get a great environment to work out in, along with helpful advice on healthy eating, lifestyle changes, and workouts you can do at home.

I have lost a lot of weight, but that is not the only reason to turn to Body Coach. It is a lifestyle change. One piece of advice I would give is: do not quit. I took a year off, went backward, and it set me back three years. Keep moving.
