As a therapist, entrepreneur, wife, and mama, I know exactly what it feels like to carry the weight of business, family, and faith all at once.

Modern research consistently highlights the severe mental and emotional toll of constant rushing and the endless need to prove ourselves. The result is almost always the same: anxiety and deep burnout.

But God’s Word gave us the antidote long before the research caught up. In fact, modern psychological research confirms that a secure attachment to God acts as a buffer against psychological distress, while an anxious attachment to God (often characterized by feeling the need to constantly prove oneself) is positively related to distress.

Jesus reminds us in John 15:5, ""Without Me you can do nothing."" True emotional health, peace, and sustainable leadership don't come from hustling harder. They are the direct fruit of a secure attachment to Christ.
