I apologize for the late notice! Pick-up volleyball for tonight will be canceled! Enjoy the weekend and take the day off of volleyball. A lot of our regulars play almost every day of the week so take time to rest and heal up! Be safe this weekend!

Back again with another successful baseball day! For the past four weeks these six teams have been coming up to get some reps in before their season begins! It’s now in the off season that great players are made. Iron horse would like to thank all six teams, players, coaches, parents, friends and family for helping these young men grow! Hard work pays off! We would also like to wish Northern Bedford Baseball, North Star Baseball, Bishop Guilfoyle Athletics Booster Club, Bellwood-Antis Blue Devil Baseball, Tyrone Golden Eagle Baseball, Somerset, PA Baseball Boosters good luck in their upcoming season! I tried to get the best quality photos through the net of all the teams here!

Today is another day in the life of baseball!! We couldn’t be more ecstatic to have Penns Valley Area School District and Chestnut Ridge Lions Baseball here at our facility today, for a scrimmage before they get ready to take on their season! Our facility is one of a kind in our area and we are happy to have a place that allows teams the space for scrimmages before the season starts! It’s too cold outside to scrimmage and no parent, friend or family member wants to sit outside to endure this cold for a couple hours. We are thankful for both teams for being respectful and playing the game in our facility today! Good luck to both teams as they prepare to get started for their seasons!

We are excited to have PBR here tonight with a huge turn out of young players looking to advance their career! The amount of support from parents, friends and family is amazing to see! After an overwhelming interest in iron horse starting a yoga class we have found someone who is willing to teach the class!! We have had a busy last week! Youth baseball tournament where our very own Ella Leonardis working hard in our indoor concession stand, a new net being put up for volleyball, and my personal favorite UPJ baseball going outside this week for practice! The weather is changing and I couldn’t be more excited then to start our outdoor tournaments! If you have a baseball or softball team looking to get into a tournament close to home with outstanding fields message us!
