Falcon Motorsports is a student-led, project-based racing team based at Winchester Community High School in Randolph County, Indiana. As part of our school’s P-TECH and Career & Technical Education programs, students from multiple disciplines work together to design and build competitive vehicles to race in real-world motorsports events. Our team is building a modified Honda Prelude to race in the

Vores Compact Touring Series (VCTS), giving students hands-on experience in engineering, fabrication, business management, media production, logistics, and sponsor outreach. Every department is student-driven — from building roll cages and 3D printing parts to filming promotional videos and tracking budgets. Falcon Motorsports is where classroom learning meets real-world performance.
