A high-energy cardio-focused class designed to improve endurance, speed, and agility. Bring the stroller or come solo—this class is great for moms who want to push their limits and boost their fitness!
🔥 Body Boost – Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:05 PM (Mom-Only Class)

A heart-pumping, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed just for moms. This class will challenge you, build strength, and leave you feeling empowered. Perfect for any mama craving a good sweat and a little “me” time!
