What better way to start your Wednesday morning than with fun, movement, and learning! 🤸‍♀️ Our toddler classes are filled with age-appropriate activities designed specifically for your little one.

Not only will they build confidence, coordination, and social skills, but this class is also a wonderful way to help prepare them for our 3- and 4-year-old programs. When it’s time to move up, they won’t skip a beat! 💙

These girls worked 9–5 today! 💙✨

They started the morning with Coach Blake, who choreographed an incredible routine that the judges won’t be able to keep their eyes off of! 🔥 They ended their day with a powerful team-bonding exercise.

One thing these girls will never have to worry about at East Coast is whether they will be seen or heard. We are a TEAM. We support one another, lift each other up, and work together toward success.

💙 COACH EDUCATION MATTERS.

At East Coast Gymnastics & Cheer, we don’t just put coaches on the floor and hope for the best.

Every coach goes through hours of training before they ever coach a class even experienced coaches.

We invest in professional and physical skills training, and we put countless hours into detailed lesson plans and coaching resources so our coaches feel confident and prepared.

But coaching is about more than teaching skills. We also teach our coaches how to help children navigate fear, frustration, confidence struggles, and BIG emotions. ❤️

Whether they’re brand new or have been coaching for years, we believe our coaches should never stop learning.

Then one day they just go, and you can watch it change something in them.

Ask our coaches to name a favorite and trampoline wins almost every time.

We run it both ways. A rec class if your kid just wants to fly, and a team if they want to compete. Either one, they are learning to control their body in the air and they think it is just fun.
