If you like the Coconut Chicken Curry recipe in (page 273), try adding garbanzo beans and green peas to it. So good! Plus you get a nice boost of potassium, folate, fiber, and protein. I add the green peas (frozen) in the last few minutes so they retain their vibrant color.

Hi Everyone! We're excited to share that Beckner Counseling and Tepper Nutrition will be opening a new office in Wi******er beginning August 1st! We will be sharing an office space at Legacy Wellness Center off Cameron Street.

We are two separate practices who have partnered to provide comprehensive nutrition and mental health services for clients in the Wi******er community. Both Allison Tepper and I (Amy White) will be in this new office space.
