As I wrap up my 12th fishing full time I’m just feeling thankful. Not on what place or how I finished but just for the opportunity to be able to do it.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus". If I come in first or last I will thank him for the opportunity. To the younger anglers out there (I’m guilty of it to) . Remember this, there WILL be hard days in life. Just because you had a great day on the water does not mean God blessed you over others.

Your integrity is more important to God than how you finish in a bass tournament. How do you carry yourself? Proverbs 10:9 "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.”

With all this being said , I’m not hating on ANYONE. I’m just stating the facts and passing the word on. I have been guilty of this too yall, praising and thanking God on your best days is easy. It’s when you’re at your lowest can you.

I thank everyone for following my tournaments. I Pray I can be a good influence on the next generation . That’s the mark I want to leave. I look forward to many more!
