Carriage House Pilates & Wellness, LLC began in 2012 as a small private home studio housed in a carriage house. Over time, the studio outgrew the carriage house and opened its doors to the public, bringing the art of fitness to Wi******er through Pilates. We invite you to experience the invigorating, life-changing work of Pilates in your own body. Whether you are an elite athlete desiring to cross-train, are just beginning your fitness journey or seeking post-rehab bodywork, we are happy to come alongside you in a small-group class or private session.
