Back on the stack and in the dungeon. The key is consistency no matter how you "feel" just keep going. Now back to my warm up I didn't "feel" like doing but I still am. Consistency over feelings.

It's sad that in today's world real sword skill is seen as boring or dull and being a half dressed baton twirling flashy power ranger is what people believe is a skilled sword practitioner. Giving away medals for musical forms with swords that would've made a Samurai cringe. Giving away cheap swords to the winners of tournaments as if these people actually have any skill, respect or understanding of what it means to own one. The values and traditions of the sword,it's history and the way of Bushido have almost disappeared. Replaced by tik-tok nonsense. Coolness over functionality. Sad to see.
